If you've ever had the problem of wanting to play MtG but didn't know what deck to pick and didn't find much help online due to not having the meta cards, I feel you.I've been playing standard and modern for a couple of years on a budget and have become quite good a building decks out of stuff lying around or cards that don't break the bank. I'll help you build a deck that has a gameplan that it wants to stick to, plan around possible matchups and suggest which cards you should try and obtain, within reason ofcourse.
Since I don't play commander, vintage or legacy, I can't offer any advice there.
